Your Job
We are seeking professional and observant Security Guards to support seasonal event operations at the San Diego Fair in Del Mar. This position is responsible for protecting property, ensuring guest safety, monitoring security activity, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced public environment.
Your Day
• Conduct bag checks and security screenings
• Monitor surveillance equipment and patrol assigned areas
• Respond to security incidents and emergency situations
• Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
• Work with law enforcement and provide assistance when needed
Your Gain

Your Experience
• Must have a valid California Guard Card
• Must possess a valid Power to Arrest Certificate
• Experience in security, surveillance, patrol, or emergency response preferred
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while remaining alert
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and law enforcement
• Tattoos are not permitted on the face, neck, or hands
