Your Job
• Lead and manage maintenance and equipment service operations.

Your Day
The Equipment & Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance and equipment operations for a well-established organization. This position will oversee a team of technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fueling systems, fleet equipment, mechanical assets, and facilities.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge combined with proven leadership experience and the ability to manage day-to-day maintenance operations, vendors, inventory, budgets, safety, and customer service.

Your Experience
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in maintenance, industrial, technical, petroleum, fleet, transportation, agriculture, construction, or facilities environments.
• Strong background in maintenance operations, equipment repair, fleet, or facilities management.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid California Class C Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and utilize maintenance management software and other technology.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
