Your Job
We are hiring an Electrician in Escondido, CA to support solar and electrical installation projects. This role involves installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or ground-mounted structures and supporting electrical work across multiple job sites.
Your Day
Your day will include assembling and mounting solar panels, racking systems, and electrical equipment. You will perform electrical wiring, including connecting panels to inverters, batteries, and the grid. Additional tasks include reading blueprints and schematics, collaborating with team members and project managers, and maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean job site.

Your Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience required
Experience in electrical work or solar installation preferred
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring

Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
