li Receiving and processing incoming payments as well as issuing refunds.
li Updating client accounts with received and missed payments.
li Maintaining accurate client account records.
li Working with customers to resolve overdue accounts and answering account questions.
li Coordinating with the collections department on delinquent accounts.
liAssisting in preparing billing and accounting reports
liAssist customers with payment plans./ul
