We’re searching for a professional Bi-lingual Receptionist to carry out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s administrative activities. /p

li Greeting, directing, and providing general support to visitors
li Managing incoming and outgoing mail
li Answering and directing phone calls
li Organizing and scheduling appointments
li Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
li Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
liAssisting in preparing regular reports
liDeveloping and maintaining a filing system
liUpdating and maintain office policies and procedures
liOrdering office supplies and researching suppliers
liMaintaining contact lists
liBooking travel arrangements
liActing as the point of contact for internal and external clients/ul
