PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Labor FindersInternational, Inc., the oldest and largest privately heldindustrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States ispleased to announce that the company has won two  AmericanStaffing Association's prestigious 2014 VOICE Awards, whichrecognizes outstanding advertising and marketing programs amongstASA member companies and affiliated chapters. Labor Finderscompeted with other staffing firms with more than $100 million inannual sales.

The ASA Staffing VOICE Awards recognize the voice, originality, innovation, creativity, and effectiveness-VOICE-of ASA member firmcommunications campaigns. A panel of communications experts judgeentries in four award classes based on general appeal and overallquality, content and message, originality of approach, targetaudience, and effectiveness in meeting campaign objectives.

The first VOICE Award was for Company Identification, titled"Labor Finders Commitment Wall Decal and Mobile"; targetedbothInternal Staff and Temporary Associates.  Labor Findersparticipates in the annual client survey "Best of Staffing" andwhile the company has won the BOS distinction annually since itsinception five years ago and this past year was awarded the Best ofStaffing Diamond Award, a few clients were not 100% satisfied withtheir service.

Labor Finders takes customer satisfaction very seriously so thecompany developed an internal campaign to focus on five areas:Safety, Work Ethic, Appropriate Dress, Preparation and Timeliness. To drive these five important messages home on a daily basis, LaborFinders marketing team, led by Dan Shube, Chief Marketing Officer, designed two complementing pieces. "The first piece," stated Shube,"is a large, colorful and unique high-grade vinyl wall decal, which "Illustrates five different workers, each displaying theappropriate characteristic that Labor Finders pledges to provide toits clients every day. The second component was designed due towall "clutter" in the offices.  We needed to have a place toget our important commitment message seen, so we designed a mobile, which conveys the same five expectations our clients have, butinstead of using people, the mobile uses images of objects."

Shube went on to say, "Our franchisees were thrilled to haveboth pieces displayed in their offices. Many of our temporaryassociates have taken notice of this important commitment and now,are dressing more appropriately, are more prepared fortheir job assignments and are on time.  This commitment hasimproved the relationships with both our clients and our temporaryassociates."

The second VOICE Award was for Specialty Advertising, whichrecognized Labor Finders unique marketing endeavor, "A FallHarvest", a TargetedAccount Campaign (TAC) Program.  "Thepremise of the TAC is to target 20 prospective accounts that had ahigh likelihood of using their staffing services, yet, mayrepresent a challenge due to a stonewalled gatekeeper, ahard-to-reach decision-maker or a tight relationship with acompetitor. The objective of the TAC program was to develop newbusiness by visiting potential clients using a unique-themed seriesof gifts that highlighted our staffing solutions and would helpconvert them to a new customer," said Shube.

The TAC program was a huge success, "It generated 131 newaccounts while giving the Labor Finders sales force numerous fun, unique and conversational selling tools. Not bad for a $200.00 peroffice investment! In addition, some of the left over snacks paidfor by the program were donated to the needy on Skid Row in LosAngelo's, California. And, now that we are winners of the VOICEAward…well, that is icing on the cake," said Shube.

"The ASA VOICE Awards, sponsored by CareerBuilder, (an ASAcorporate partner,) showcases the truly exceptional programs of ASAmember firms to strategically, creatively, and effectivelycommunicate with candidates, employees, clients, and the public atlarge," said Richard Wahlquist, ASA president and chief executiveofficer. "ASA salutes all the VOICE Award winners, including LaborFinders for their communications programs that help to advance theinterests of the staffing industry."
