PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Labor FindersInternational, Inc., the oldest and largest privately heldindustrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States ispleased to announce that the company won two  AmericanStaffing Association's prestigious 2013 VOICE Awards, whichrecognizes outstanding advertising and marketing programs amongstASA member companies and affiliated chapters. Labor Finderscompeted with other staffing firms with more than $100 million inannual sales.

The first VOICE Award was in recognition of Labor Finders newwebsite along with their mobile optimized website; both which werelaunched just in time for a boost in the economy. As the temporarystaffing industry continues to supply American businesses muchneeded workers, Labor Finders, the leader in the industrial laborstaffing market continues to raise the bar. "Due to the ups anddowns of this unique economic recovery, we discovered more and morecompanies wanting and needing to hire temporary workers for theirmuch needed staffing flexibility. Often, staffing needs occur whilethey are on job sites and the only way for them to get the workersthey need at a moments' notice is via websites and especially,mobile sites," stated Dan Shube, Director of Marketing for LaborFinders.

The second VOICE Award was for Specialty Advertising, whichrecognized Labor Finders unique marketing endeavor, The2013 SweetWinterTargeted Account Campaign (TAC) Program.  The premise ofthe TAC is to target 20 prospective accounts that had a highlikelihood of using their staffing services, yet, may represent achallenge due to a stonewalled gatekeeper, a hard-to-reachdecision-maker or a tight relationship with a competitor. Theobjective of the TAC program was to develop new business byvisiting potential clients using a unique-themed series of giftsthat highlighted our staffing solutions and would help convert themto a new customer.

Both of Labor Finders winning VOICE Awards entries will be ondisplay during the ASA's Staffing World 2013, Oct. 8-10 in Orlando,Florida.
