According to research done by Inavero, the staffing industryaverages a Net Promoter® score of 30%. Labor Findersearned a score of 58.8%, which is close to double the average scoreof Labor Finders competitors.

Inavero asked Labor Finders' customers to respond to a simplesurvey based upon the Net Promoter Score®; and posed thebasic question, "Would you recommend Labor Finders?"  Theresponse was calculated on a 1-10 scale. Ratings of 9 or 10 arepromoters. A score of 6-8 are passive. Less than six is a detractorand the company loses points.
