Are you a skilled Welder who takes pride in precision, strength, and safety? Labor Finders is hiring welders for a variety of structural, fabrication, and repair projects across TALLAHASSEE. If you’ve got a steady hand, know your way around a torch or MIG/TIG setup, and can read a blueprint-you’re the kind of pro we’re looking for. Projects vary, but your craftsmanship makes the difference every time.
Your Day
Expect early mornings-start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM-with 8 10 hour shifts depending on the job. You’ll be working on construction sites, in fabrication shops, or industrial facilities, always with full PPE. Conditions can be hot, dirty, and loud-especially in the Florida sun. Sites are in and around TALLAHASSEE, so you’ll need to reliably travel and stay in touch with our office for job details.
Your Experience
Minimum 6+ months welding experience-MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-CoreAbility to read blueprints, follow specs, and complete clean, strong weldsMust have your own reliable transportationFamiliar with safety procedures and welding best practicesAbility to pass a weld test may be required
