Your Job
Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and vendors.Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe job site.Communicate project updates with management, clients, and field teams.
Your Day
Lead morning job site meetings and assign daily tasks.Review project schedules and adjust timelines as needed.Inspect work for quality and compliance with plans.Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor activities.Solve field issues quickly to keep projects moving.Complete daily reports and communicate progress with the project team

Your Experience
Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.Experience scheduling and managing multiple job sites and crews.Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and OSHA safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
