Your Job
Assist with apartment and property turnovers by completing following instructions and helping with repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks to help prepare units for new tenants.
Your Day
To help the maintenance technician by following instructions. You will help with unit turns, complete surface-level repairs, install fixtures or appliances, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and ensure units are move-in ready. Work alongside property management and other maintenance staff to keep projects moving efficiently.

Your Experience
