Labor Finders is seeking Roustabouts to support oil and gas operations in the Santa Maria area. This role is hands-on and physically active, involving fieldwork, equipment support, and general maintenance. This position can transition to temp-to-hire for the right candidate, based on performance and reliability
Your Day
As a Roustabout, you’ll play a vital role in supporting oil and gas operations. Daily responsibilities may include:-Tank installation & repairs, assisting welders, and working with the grounds crew-Digging pits and linesInstalling motors on equipment-Setting well equipment at well locations (cement pads, pumping units, etc.)-Installing and repairing pipelinesHauling pipe, rod, and gravel-Yard and grounds maintenance, including weed abatement-General cleanup, including oil spills- Supporting road upkeep and weeds crew.

Your Experience
Proficient with tools (air & electrical tools a plus)Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug testAbility to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularlyReliable, hardworking, and safety-focusedMust be able to pass a drug screening
