Labor Finders has multiple openings for Property Maintenance workers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Rockledge, Cocoa, Viera areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: performing general repairs and maintenance on buildings and grounds; painting and patching walls, ceilings, and doors; repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems under supervision; handling minor landscaping and lawn care tasks; maintaining and troubleshooting appliances; ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property; coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs; and performing other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be in and around Northern Brevard. Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance and performance feedback.
