pThe Equipment Operator Laborer is responsible for supporting grass planting and land maintenance projects by operating equipment such as tractors, mowers, forklifts, loaders, and line trimmers while assisting with the application of grass seed, fertilizer, hay mulch, silt fence, coconut matting, and sod according to job specifications and supervisor instructions. This position includes performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance, maintaining accurate material counts when required, and working on various terrains including dams, ditches, and slopes. Candidates must hold valid MSHA and FPP credentials and adhere to all safety policies and procedures while completing outdoor labor and equipment operation tasks in a safe and efficient manner./p
