We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our apparel manufacturing operation, leading 7 departments and over 50 employees. This role is responsible for keeping teams aligned, processes running smoothly, and deadlines consistently met.You’ll directly manage department leaders, including the Receiving & Logistics Manager and Fulfillment Manager, and set the operational tone across the facility.
Your Day
• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments• Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable• Ensure SOPs are followed consistently across all teams• Keep production, fulfillment, and logistics on schedule• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements• Coordinate planning and communication across departments• Monitor performance metrics, staffing levels, and output• Create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
Your Experience
• Proven operations leadership experience in manufacturing or apparel• Comfortable managing managers and large teams• Strong background in SOP-driven environments• Deadline-focused, organized, and decisive• Able to balance efficiency, accountability, and team culture• Experience overseeing multi-department operations is required
