Labor Finders has openings for experienced marine carpenter. We are in search of candidates with experience in cabinet making, constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and components on marine vessels and waterside infrastructure.. Key responsibilities include inspecting structures for damage, fabricating parts, applying finishes, ensuring safety compliance, and communicating with onsite supervisors. Essential skills include proficiency with carpentry tools, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a demanding, outdoor marine environment
Your Day
Start times vary between 6am and 8am; shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often docks/marinas. Jobsites may vary by specific location day to day but will be located in and around Savannah. Candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Georgia heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance, and performance feedback.
