Reading and interpreting technical drawings: Analyze blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files to understand the required dimensions, tolerances, and specifications for each part. Machine operation: Set up, operate, and disassemble manual and sometimes CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to cut, shape, and form materials. Quality control: Measure, examine, and test completed parts with precision instruments to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
