Prepares vacant rental units for new tenants. They clean, paint, and make minor repairs so the property is safe and appealing. They ensure all appliances, lights, and locks work perfectly before move-in day.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities Repair Maintenance: Fix or replace light bulbs, blinds, leaky faucets, and door hinges.Painting: Patch holes in drywall and paint walls.Unit Prep: Test appliances, toilets, and showers to ensure they work.Cleaning: Remove trash and thoroughly clean the unit.Curb Appeal: Pick up litter and assist with the upkeep of the property grounds
