brstrongThe job responsibilities emmay/em include:/strongbrul liMaintaining and repairing machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings./li liFixing or replacing faulty electrical switches, outlets, and circuit breakers./li liInspecting and diagnosing problems and figuring out the best way to correct them./li liPerforming routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly./li liAssembling and setting up machinery or equipment./li liPlanning repair work using blueprints or diagrams./li liDoing general cleaning and upkeep of buildings, gardens/yards and properties./li liMeeting with clients to estimate repairs and costs./li liKeeping detailed records of work performed./li liPerforming cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, collecting trash etc./li liHandling minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, replacing light bulbs, etc./li liInstalling appliances and equip
