Your Day
The Maintenance Technician ensures all equipment and assets are properly maintained and repaired to remain operational. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean shop, fabricating parts, communicating with team members, logging activities in the system, and upholding safety standards.Physical Demands:Regular lifting of 75+ lbsFull shift of physical activity: standing, bending, crawling, climbingGood vision and hand coordination
Your Experience
Desired Skills:Basic computer literacyForklift certificationProficiency with hand tools, tape measuresWelding, fabrication, and manual machiningHydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical knowledgePlastics manufacturing experienceExperience & Education:Minimum 5 years in a maintenance role, ideally in a manufacturing/shop environmentHigh school diploma or GEDEssential Abilities:English reading/writing and basic math skillsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgencyEffective under pressure with excellent communication and organization
