Labor Finders is hiring Maintenance Workers for apartment turnover work in and around the Tallahassee area. We are looking for dependable, hands-on candidates who can assist with getting apartments ready for new residents. Duties may include light HVAC maintenance, basic plumbing repairs, painting and touch-ups, minor repairs, landscaping and groundskeeping, cleaning, and other general maintenance tasks as assigned. You do not need to be an expert in every area-we are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and comfortable tackling a variety of maintenance projects.
Your Day
Start times and schedules may vary depending on the property and workload. Your day will involve moving between different maintenance tasks as apartments are prepared for turnover. You may spend part of the day painting or making minor repairs inside an apartment and the rest of the day handling basic plumbing, HVAC, or outdoor groundskeeping tasks. Work may be indoors or outdoors, and candidates should be prepared to work in Florida heat and other weather conditions. Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and good communication with the office are required.
