Your Job
Growing lawncare company is putting a new crew together and needs a supervisor that will also work at residential and commercial sites. Must professionally represesent the business in all settings. Help coordinate jobs and personnel. Operate and maintain various lawn equipment;: lawn mowers, small tractors, weed-eaters, clippers, stump grinders and more. Must be able and willing to do manual labor and use hand tools. Long days - overtime and performance bonuses available. Multiple positions open for lawn, landscaping, property management workers.
Your Day
Long days required. Schedule may fluctaute due to weather and property issues. Must be flexible on how long and often you work due to weather and delays. Working around commercial and home owners. Lawn care tasks will very from job to job.

Your Experience
For the supervisory role, you must have some experience managing people and some eperience and knowledge work with and maintaining lawn and small engine equipemnet. A Valid driver's license and good recored is required. Laborers don't need experience, just a wilingness to try and learn, and work outside for long periods. Past lawn care experience and some mechanical aptitiude is a plus.
