Labor Finders has an immediate opening for an experienced Landscaper for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Jacksonville area. We are seeking a dependable candidate with professional landscaping experience, including operating a stand-on mower safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, weed control, planting, and general landscape maintenance. Candidates should be comfortable maintaining a clean, professional appearance at each property, identifying work that needs to be completed, and working independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred but not required.
Your Day
Start times typically range between 6:00am and 7:00am, with shifts averaging 8 hours and occasional overtime depending on workload. Jobsites will vary throughout the Jacksonville area and work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including Florida heat. Candidates must have reliable transportation and maintain good communication with the office. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, can manage their time effectively, and is capable of completing assigned routes and tasks with minimal direction while maintaining high-quality work.
Your Experience
Candidates must have previous professional landscaping experience and be proficient operating a stand-on mower. Experience with commercial landscaping equipment, including string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers, is required. Applicants should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity throughout the day with limited supervision. A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
