The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, with proven skills in operating skid steers and backhoes.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities:•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.•Perform site preparation, excavation, backfilling, trenching, and grading.•Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational.•Assist with general labor tasks when required.•Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and crew members.•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times.

Your Experience
