Labor Finders is hiring General Laborers for long-term opportunities on multiple job sites in and around the Wakulla area. Ideal candidates will have experience performing physical labor tasks on construction sites, warehouses, or similar work environments. Duties may include loading, unloading, and moving materials; assisting skilled tradespeople with basic tasks; operating hand tools for general labor work; cleaning and preparing job sites; and performing other assigned labor duties. Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) months of construction experience or at least three (3) months of experience in non-construction industries.
Your Day
Start times generally fall between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with shifts typically lasting 8 hours, though some may extend up to 10 hours. Work is often performed on construction sites and requires full PPE. Job sites may change daily but will remain in and around Wakulla. Some assignments may be indoors, but candidates should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat. Reliable transportation and clear communication with the Labor Finders office are required. Positions may begin as short-term, with ongoing work available for individuals who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and work performance. Pay is based on experience, job assignment, attendance, and performance feedback.
