Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for a job site in the Tallahassee, Florida area. Work is expected to begin sometime in April, with the exact time and date to be disclosed later to those applicants who are selected.We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: performing physical tasks on construction sites and/or customer locations such as warehouses; loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment; assisting skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and setup; utilizing hand tools to perform basic tasks; cleaning and preparing job sites by removing debris and hazards; and completing other general labor tasks as assigned.Applicants MUST be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check. Your Day
Start times vary between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Shifts are typically 8 hours, with some shifts lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites requiring full PPE.The job site will be in the Tallahassee area. Some work may be indoors; however, candidates should be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme Florida heat. Reliable transportation is required to travel to and from job sites.Candidates must also maintain good communication with the office for daily job assignments.
Your Experience
Minimum 6+ months construction experience for construction-related assignmentsMinimum 3+ months experience for all other general labor industries.Applicants MUST be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check.
