Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on the King's Bay Naval Base in St. Mary's, GA. Because this position is located on a military base, all applicants must have a clean background, a valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance - no exceptions. We are looking for candidates with experience in tasks such as performing physical work on construction sites and/or customer locations, loading/unloading and moving materials and equipment, assisting skilled tradespeople, using hand tools, cleaning and preparing job sites, and other general labor duties as assigned.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am, with shifts typically lasting 8 hours and sometimes extending up to 10. Most assignments are on active construction sites, requiring full PPE at all times. While some work may be indoors, candidates must be prepared for all weather conditions, including extreme Florida heat. Reliable transportation to and from sites, plus consistent communication with the office for assignments, is required. Work begins short-term with the potential to continue long-term based on attendance and performance. Pay is based on experience, job, and feedback from supervisors.
