Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Chaires area. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience performing general labor tasks on construction sites, warehouses, and customer locations. Job duties may include loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, assisting skilled trades with setup and basic support tasks, using hand tools, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and completing additional labor duties as assigned. Candidates must have at least six (6) months of construction-related experience or a minimum of three (3) months of experience in other industries.
Your Day
Workdays typically begin between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with standard shifts of 8 hours, and some extending up to 10 hours depending on the job site. Most assignments are on active construction sites and require full PPE. Job locations may vary daily but will remain within the Chaires area. Some work may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat. Reliable transportation and consistent communication with the Labor Finders office are required. Positions may start short-term, with long-term opportunities available for dependable, high-performing workers. Pay is based on experience, assignment, attendance, and performance feedback.
