Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Gainesville areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any od the following skills: performing physcial task on construction sites and/or customer locations, such as warehouse, load, unload and move materials and equipment, assist skilled trades people with basic task and setup, utilize hand tools to perform basic task, clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards and other general labor task as assigned.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be located in and around Gainesville. Some may be indoors, but candidatesshould be prepared to work in nall weather conditions and elemants, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance and performance feedback.
Your Experience
Minimum 6+ months experience for construction experience, Minimum 3+ months experience for all other industries.Must have JLA Badge: Jessica Lunsford act badge is a required Identification badge for all contracted vendors and employees who have direct contact with students or acess to school groundswhen students are present.
