The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and proactive, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly while providing excellent service to our clients and visitors.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities• Greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and maintain a professional office environment• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously• Schedule meetings, appointments, travel, and company events• Assist the Sales Manager with daily administrative and customer-related tasks• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts in the CRM and accounting systems• Maintain organized project and sales tracking spreadsheets• Update CRM records, manage Google Calendar tasks, and generate daily sales and projection reports• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up
Your Gain
