Your Job
Labor Finders has a possible job opprtunity for a Event Staff member for setup and tear down for long-term work on multiple sites in and around LOCATION areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: assisting with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, tents, and other equipment; ensuring all materials are organized and in place for events; assisting with crowd control and guest services during events; ensuring the cleanliness and safety of event areas; loading and unloading event materials; and performing other event-related tasks as assigned.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be located in and the Tallahassee area. Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance and performance feedback.
Your Experience
Minimum 6+ months experience for construction experience, minimum 3+ months experience for all other industries
