Labor Finders is hiring Electrician Helpers for temp work around Tallahassee. You’ll be helping licensed electricians on job sites-running conduit, pulling wire, setting up tools, and making sure the workspace stays clean and safe. If you’ve worked around construction or know your way around basic tools, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and can follow directions.
Your Day
Start times usually fall between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours. Most jobs are on active construction sites, so full PPE is a must. Expect to work outdoors-sometimes in the heat-and you’ll need to get yourself to and from the site. Work is short-term to start, but if you’re reliable and do a solid job, more opportunities will come your way. Communication with the office is key, especially if site locations change.
Your Experience
We’re looking for candidates with at least 6 months of construction or electrical helper experience. You don’t need to be an expert, just someone dependable who knows how to handle tools, stay safe, and work with a team. A good attitude goes a long way.
