Are you ready to get your hands dirty and be part of a hard-working paving crew? We’re hiring Asphalt Laborers who aren’t afraid of a little heat, hustle, and pride in a job well done.
Your Day
Prep and clean up job sites. Shovel, rake, and smooth out hot asphalt. Work alongside equipment operators and follow crew lead instructions. Operate basic tools and assist wherever needed to keep the job moving.
Your Experience
Have some experience with paving or roadwork (preferred). Be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in the heat. Be dependable, coachable, and team-oriented. Have an OSHA 10 Certification (Required). Estimated Pay: $17 $21/hr -- Paid Weekly
