We are seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with deli operations at a secured energy facility. This position requires prior experience in food service or catering and a commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Duties include food preparation, portioning, and maintaining clean, organized service areas. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working early morning hours.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve deli-style food items per safety and quality standardsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep and service areasOperate kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficientlyHandle inventory receiving, storage, and rotationEnsure compliance with HACCP and food handling protocolsFollow written and verbal directions; complete daily documentationWear required PPE consistently
Your Experience
Minimum Qualifications:One (1) year of experience in food service, food prep, or cateringMust have or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler CertificationReliable transportation to job siteAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for long periodsHigh school diploma preferredMust be 18 years or olderMust pass pre-employment screeningWe E-Verify
