Crane Operator - Light Industrial Job in Theodore, AL

• Operate a 55-ton rough terrain crane to lift, move, and position materials safely and accurately.• Inspect, maintain, and perform basic repairs on the crane to ensure safe and efficient operation.• Conduct pre-operation inspections and safety checks in compliance with OSHA and company regulations.• Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and work instructions to determine proper lifting techniques.• Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors to coordinate lifting operations.• Monitor weather and site conditions to ensure safe crane operation.• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper rigging and load securement.• Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, maintenance, and inspections.• Adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.• Assist with other duties as assigned when the crane is not in operation.
