This isn’t just any seat - this is the seat. We’re hiring certified Crane Operators with experience running mobile cranes on structural, steel, and heavy-lift projects. From placing beams to lifting prefab materials, this job requires sharp focus, tight communication, and a deep respect for safety. If you can operate under pressure and don’t fold when things get heavy - this one’s for you.
Your Day
You’ll start early and stay until the last lift is complete. Every job site requires full PPE, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication with ground crews. Work conditions change daily - some urban, some rural, all within the TALLAHASSEE area. You’ll be lifting, placing, and coordinating all day long.
Your Experience
You must have a current crane certification (NCCCO or equivalent) and 6+ months of verified crane operation. Experience with rigging, lifting plans, and heavy structural jobs is a big plus. If you’ve got the credentials and can back it up on site - we’ll keep your seat warm.
