We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage concrete construction projects across Santa Maria and neighboring areas along California’s Central Coast. This role involves overseeing concrete crews, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Your Day
Key Responsibilities• Supervise all phases of concrete work: form setting, pouring, finishing, and curing.• Interpret and implement blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and manage crew schedules.• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations; conduct regular safety meetings.• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor activities.• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to project standards.• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress.• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Your Experience
Qualifications• High school diploma or GED; additional training in construction management is a plus.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.• Certifications such as OSHA 30, ACI, or NRMCA are advantageous.
