Concrete might be wet when you start, but your job is to leave it smooth, shaped, and solid. We’re hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for flatwork, pads, driveways, sidewalks, and more. If you know your way around a trowel - hand or power - and can make that surface shine, this is your lane.
Your Day
You’ll be finishing freshly poured concrete in the heat, the humidity, and sometimes under pressure. Your shift may start at sunrise to beat the weather, and you’ll work with slab crews throughout the TALLAHASSEE region. Broom finishes, edging, joints, and surface textures are all part of the game. Full PPE required, and your transportation must be reliable - timing is everything in concrete.
Your Experience
You need 6+ months of recent experience finishing concrete. You should know how to work a float, operate a power trowel, and finish strong whether it’s a slab or a sidewalk. If you’re dependable and detail-driven, there’s no shortage of work waiting.
