Certified Flagger - Construction Job in Fort Smith, AR

Direct and control traffic through construction and work zones.Use proper hand signals, STOP/SLOW paddle, and other approved traffic-control devices.Maintain safe traffic flow around workers, equipment, and vehicles.Set up, maintain, and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic-control devices as directed.Communicate effectively with other flaggers, construction crews, supervisors, and motorists.Follow all work-zone safety procedures and applicable traffic-control standards.Maintain constant awareness of traffic, pedestrians, equipment, and changing job-site conditions.Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor.Perform other traffic-control and general work-zone duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSCurrent Flagger training/certification required.Must be able to provide proof of current training/certification.Must understand and properly perform standard flagging procedures and signals.Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.Must be able to stand an
