Your Day
Assist carpenters with cutting, measuring, framing, and installing materialsUse hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.) safely and efficientlyLoad/unload tools and materials on job sitesKeep job sites clean, organized, and safeFollow instructions, read basic plans, and stay hands-on all dayLearn and grow into more skilled responsibilities over time
Your Experience
At least 6 months of hands-on construction or carpentry work preferred.Comfortable using tape measure, basic tools, and working around othersPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, climb ladders, and handle outdoor conditionsBonus Skills (not required but great to have):Framing, drywall, finishing, or demolition experienceValid driver's license and Reliable transportation
