Your Day

No two days are the same! A typical event day might look like this:Arrive at the venue (or off-site location) 2 4 hours before guests for setup-arranging elegant tablescapes, polishing glassware, and reviewing the menu/timelineAttend a quick team briefing to align on service flow and special requests (e.g., dietary needs, bride/groom preferences)During the event: Circulate with trays of champagne and canapés during cocktail hour, serve multi-course dinners with grace under pressure, handle toasts and cake service, and respond to guest needs with a smileWrap up with efficient breakdown, leaving the space spotlessShifts often run evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays-think golden-hour weddings, festive receptions, and joyful milestones. Expect 4 10 hour shifts per event, with time between bookings to recharge.

Your Experience

Previous serving experience (restaurant, catering, banquets, or events preferred-but enthusiastic beginners with strong customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply)Polished, professional demeanor with a genuine love for hospitality and making people feel specialAbility to carry trays, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift moderate weights (e.g., chairs, trays)Reliable transportation and flexible availability (weekends/evenings are peak times)Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and composure in fast-paced, high-energy settingsComfortable with alcohol serviceNo formal degree required-just a positive attitude and a passion for creating exceptional experiences!
