Q: How does Labor Finders screen workers before sending them to my site?
A: Every worker goes through our pre-employment screening process before being placed. This includes application review, an in-branch interview to verify skills and work history, and employment eligibility verification as required by Form 1-9.
Q: What if a worker isn’t a good fit for my needs?
A: Simply contact the branch and let us know. We will work to send a replacement as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get the right person on your job – if the placement isn’t working, we will make it right.
Q: How does billing work – what does my rate include?
A: You pay a single flat hourly bill rate. That rate covers the workers’ wages, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, and our administrative costs. There are no hidden fees.
