It’s easy to tout ourselves as one of the best companies in the blue-collar staffing industry. What isn’t easy? Being named the best in staffing by independent industry leaders ten years in a row.
Run by ClearlyRated, a leader in satisfaction surveys, and co-sponsored by CareerBuilder, the Best of Staffing award recognizes staffing agencies who excel in providing the best customer experience. Since 2010, it has set a benchmark for superior customer service in the staffing industry. We're one of only 15 agencies to have won this award since its inception.
How the Process Works:
Agencies vying for this coveted title are graded on one very simple principle: how likely is someone going to recommend their services. It is the only award in the nation that recognizes those staffing companies who get raving reviews from their customers. So how does a company get the award?
- Through their Net Promoter Score Survey system, they gather feedback directly from staffing agency clients. This electronic survey uses a scale of 0 to 10 to gauge their experience and how likely they are to recommend that company. The higher the number, the better the feedback.
- Survey answers are collected, calculated, and validated by Inavero. They take this information and assign each company a Net Promoter Score.
- If the NPS score exceeded 50%, that company is given the prestigious honor of being named the Best of Staffing for that year.
