PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL—Labor Finders International, the oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States is proud to announce that Amit Singh, Chief Operating Officer Labor Finders International and President of LF Staffing Services has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of 2019 most influential leaders of the staffing industry.

Amit has been with Labor Finders International since 1999. He started with the company in the Information Technology department as Systems Administrator on a part-time basis while still a student at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Presently, Amit serves as the Chief Operating Officer, and is responsible for managing the various operational components of the franchise staffing business, including our 50 -plus company-owned Labor Finders franchise, LF Staffing Services, with offices in California, Missouri, Arizona, North Dakota, New Mexico, Iowa, Arkansas and North Carolina. In an ongoing effort to improve the level of support services offered to our franchisees, he along with members of the management team continually work on achieving Labor Finders' strategic and business goals.

Amit has held various management positions prior to becoming COO. He has served as the Director of Operations from 2007 to 2016, the Director of Strategic Projects from 2004 to 2007; Director of e-Education from 2003 to 2004; and MIS Director from 2000 to 2003.

Amit has been instrumental in the acquisitions of two franchise operations in both Arkansas and North Carolina which increased the company’s locations by more than 50%; from 35 offices/locations to 57. With Amit navigating Labor Finders into the future with more company-owned office openings on the horizon, Amit is changing the scope of the staffing industry.

Jeffrey Burnett, President and CEO of Labor Finders stated that Amit’s journey at Labor Finders has been remarkable. “Amit started out as a part-time  Systems Administrator while still a student at FAU and it was after he graduated that he  became the MIS Director (a position that Labor Finders created for him.) Now, here we are nineteen years later, and Amit is Labor Finders Chief Operating Officer. Everyone at Labor Finders is extremely proud of Amit and his accomplishments.”

Amit is currently pursuing and will obtain a Master’s in Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Sloan School of Business in the Spring of 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University.
