Labor Finders Promotes Natasha Oilar to Chief Human Resources Officer

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL— Labor Finders International, the oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing company in the United States with its corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens is pleased to announce the promotion of Natasha Oilar, MSM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, to Chief Human Resources Officer.

Amit Pal Singh, President and COO of Labor Finders, International stated, “I am pleased to announce that Natasha Oilar has joined our Senior Management team and has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Although Natasha is a recent addition to our family, joining us in September 2021, she has made an immediate and significant impact to our organization. I look forward to the contributions and positive impact Natasha will make in her new role.”

Ms. Oilar, graciously, thanked Amit Singh for believing in her abilities as a leader in the human resources industry.
