Site Superintendent Commercial Solar $85,000.00 $110,000.00 + Bonus + Benefits
Our Site Superintendent is a motivated self-starter responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. This position will encompass all aspects of on-site project management, including subcontractor management, risk mitigation and safety policy implementation with a primary focus on Solar PV projects. Opportunities to engage in other energy conservation projects also include lighting upgrades, Building Automation and Access System installations, HVAC equipment replacements. The Site Superintendent must provide leadership, guidance, autonomy, and hands-on participation to ensure all project implementation activity is completed in adherence to customer expectations and Centrica Business Solutions quality standards.

Connecting and collaborating with customers, subcontractors and third parties on all assigned jobsite

This is not your average 9am 5pm position. If you are someone who enjoys traveling and seeing new places this job is for you! Our Site Superintendent needs to have scheduling flexibility with an ability to travel to different jobsites. Monday through Friday travel is routinely required.

This is a salsried position, with acheivement bonuses and benefits following hire. Hourly pay rates listed in this advertisement are approximations, all rates are calculated based on an estimated 2080 hour, yearly work schedule.
Your Experience
The core components of success are (i.e. must haves):
A High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience of successful onsite management of jobsites utilizing multiple trades in commercial construction
At least 5 years’ experience as a site superintendent or foreman for commercial solar projects
Experience with commercial solar construction practices and sequence of work including;
o Experience with different types of interconnections
o Rooftop experience with different racking products
o Operations & Maintenance / Service Troubleshooting experience
o Knowledge and understanding of testing and commissioning
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams
An ability to work varying shifts as needed
Active Driver’s License

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or technical field
Knowledge of Mechanical and seismic codes
