Small machine, big impact. We’re looking for skilled Skid Steer Operators who can handle grading, material movement, and site cleanup like a pro. Bobcat experience is a must - these roles move fast and demand versatility. Whether you’re pushing dirt, leveling ground, or helping prep a pad, your job is essential to keeping the site flowing.
Your Day
You’ll work 8 10 hour shifts starting early, and your day might include everything from grading pathways to moving palletized material. PPE is required, and weather’s no excuse - jobs are outside and active. Transportation to different sites in and around MIDWAY is required. Flexibility and fast response time are a must if you want to stay working.
Your Experience
We’re hiring candidates with 6+ months of recent skid steer experience in construction, landscaping, or site work. If you’re good on slopes, precise with your bucket, and not afraid to jump in and help the crew - you’re what we’re looking for.
