Labor Finders is seeking tough, skilled Rod Busters to join our rebar installation teams on major construction sites in TALLAHASSEE. If you’ve worked with reinforcing steel-cutting, bending, tying, and placing rebar according to blueprints-you know this is foundational work that demands strength, speed, and serious attention to detail.
Your Day
Expect to start between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with workdays stretching 8 to 10 hours depending on the project. You’ll be working outdoors, sometimes in extreme heat or wet conditions, wearing full PPE at all times. Rebar must be handled and placed with precision, so bring your focus. Projects vary around the TALLAHASSEE area, and we need team members who are reliable, communicative, and able to travel to each site.
Your Experience
At least 6+ months of rod busting or steel reinforcement experience
Comfortable using wire brushes, grinders, and general hand tools
Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
Must have your own reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and team mindset
