This is industrial work - the kind that keeps America’s plants, factories, and production lines running. As a Millwright Helper, you won’t just be lifting heavy - you’ll be part of a crew assembling, installing, and maintaining large mechanical equipment like turbines, conveyors, gearboxes, shafts, and pumps.

Your Day
Your days start early - 6:00 AM is typical - and take you to factories, water plants, processing facilities, or industrial sites in and around CRAWFORDVILLE You’ll unload and stage parts, prep work areas, handle rigging materials, assist with alignments, and support bolt-up, teardown, and rebuilds of rotating equipment.
You’ll work under the guidance of lead millwrights and industrial mechanics. That means being alert, on time, and safe. Expect loud environments, heavy lifting, and long hours on your feet. Sites may be indoors, outdoors, or both - depending on the job and the shutdown schedule.
Your Experience
6+ months of experience in construction, mechanical trades, or industrial labor
Comfortable with hand tools, torque wrenches, grinders, impact guns, etc.
Able to follow instruction, take direction from leads, and stay safety-conscious
Reliable transportation is required - most sites are outside city limits
Willingness to work nights, weekends, or extended shifts if needed for shutdowns
Bonus Points If You:
Have assisted with turbine work, conveyor installs, or pump alignments
Can read blueprints or simple mechanical layouts
Are certified in OSHA 10, rigging, or forklift (not required but beneficial)
