Your Day
The Maintenance Technician ensures all equipment and assets are properly maintained and repaired to remain operational. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean shop, fabricating parts, communicating with team members, logging activities in the system, and upholding safety standards.
Physical Demands:
Regular lifting of 75+ lbs
Full shift of physical activity: standing, bending, crawling, climbing
Good vision and hand coordination
Your Experience
Desired Skills:
Basic computer literacy
Forklift certification
Proficiency with hand tools, tape measures
Welding, fabrication, and manual machining
Hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical knowledge
Plastics manufacturing experience
Experience & Education:
Minimum 5 years in a maintenance role, ideally in a manufacturing/shop environment
High school diploma or GED
Essential Abilities:
English reading/writing and basic math skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Effective under pressure with excellent communication and organization
